Your responsibilities as a Director Sales
You will develop the Verder sales network with an ambitious growth target in mind. 15 country managers, divided over 19 countries, will help you to achieve these ambitious goals.
You will set overall goals for the sales network and create yearly budgets and plans. These plans will be translated into targets and actions for the country managers. Data analyses plays an important role to set targeted actions.
You will make sure the organization stays commercially fit and technically educated!
